Are you mouth breathing, eponine? This may happen due to congestion or other conditions. Is your throat very dry in the morning too? If it is mouth breathing, you may need a chin strap. The wide kind work best for me, although I have to trim them. You will know the first time you try it, and it is inexpensive and covered by most insurances. Star Cat
