It could be that your original prescription (i.e. pressure) is no longer ideal. It's also possible that your machine is no longer working correctly or your hose or mask are leaking. I see that you are now using your machine for a daytime naps, which is good.

Anyhow, if you haven't not been tested for three years, it's time for retitration.
