bubble popping noise during sleep

My boyfriend of 3 years just told me I make a bubble popping noise with my mouth while I sleep-I don't make bubbles (I asked him to watch and he recorded me-I don't move my mouth or press my lips togehter at all)just a noise-a loud pop noise at very regular time intervals (Literally sounds like bubblegum popping) in time with the end of each breath.He said I have been doing it for a while(but not always, he thinks in the last few months)-mainly in the morning, it sometimes keeps him awake, he wasn't going to tell me initially.

I told my sister last week and the next morning she heard it & as it is recorded I heard it too!

Anyone know of anyone else that does this or know why I do and why I started out of the blue?
