Oz to Hawaii - adaptor needed?

Hi

I'm travelling from Perth to Hawaii soon. Am taking my CPAP as can't sleep without it. Can someone please advise what power adaptor I need to buy to convert the CPAP from Australian power to US? And where in Perth I can purchase the adaptor from?
