Thanks for the replies.

My machine is Remstar Auto M Series.

I purchased a power adaptor of the type recommended.

However I was just advised by travel agent that a girl who works there takes equipment to the US and she says it doesn't work properly, due to voltage differences between there and Australia.

This has me worried as the CPAP would be useless if it doesn't have the correct voltage running through it.

I've tried calling Respironics but can't get a response so far.

Curious to know if any readers have taken their CPAP from Oz to the US and whether it worked ok?
