After many nights of trying to sleep after yhe machine had ramped to 15, I had a VERY hard time trying to exhale and felt smothered. After discussing with the Doctor, he lowered it to ten and is going to gradually turn it up as I become accustomed to the pressures.
I have had a couple good sleep nights the last 2 nights after changing the nasal pillows to the "large" size vs. "medium" but the outside of nase is VERY sore. Am using lotion to help but no luck yet. Another concern, if I may ask, is I am getting a lot of moisture in the hose and pillows. Have turned down the humidifier to 2 but still not working. Any suggestions? Thanks so much for your last reply!! It helps more than you know!
