Sleep disorders can be eased by following a more healthy diet and getting more exercise on a regular basis. What kind of food do you buy at the grocery store? A lot of bread or wheat flour food, dairy/cheese, or red meat? How about soda with caffine? As eating and good sleep go, no eating close to bedtime. Probably should eat dinner 4 or 5 hrs before bedtime. No snacking in front of the tv at night. Drinking water is ok before bedtime of course. The meds? You probably should find a way to get off of them with your doctor's help.
