mask smashing upper lip

I'm having trouble getting my mask adjusted so that it doesn't smash my upper lip down all night. I have to wear the headband to keep my mouth closed.

Any suggestions?

Does it work better to have the hose lie on your chest rather than come from overhead? I can do it that way but I'd have to rearrange my entire bedroom.
