Started CPAP (acutally a BiPap due to high pressures) 1 year ago. Sleep doc. put me on Clonozapem (believe same things as Klonopin) at low dose for 3 months to help w/ claustrophobia issues. Worked well and haven't had to use since - am fully compliant now. I was diagnosed with severe OSA and noticed no real increase in pressure requirements while on Klonopin (.5 mg dose at bedtime - actually took mine 1.5 hours before bedtime). Doctor did stress; however, to be sure to sleep w/ machine if taking any med's that may "depress".
