Chest Pain

I have been on CPAP for six years, thousands of hours, over the last few years I have developed a cough I think may be related to post nasal drip and a stuffy nose. Recently, I tried to sleep without the CPAP and find that I get chest pain when taking a deep breath. Sometimes it seems to be better if I roll over. No arm or shoulder pain just deep breaths.

I am traveling later this week and cannot take the CPAP and am concerned about not sleeping.

I will say that the CPAP is close to my best friend. I look forward to using it at night.

Any insights would be appreciated.
