Have not found a satisfactory mask

I have tried probably over a dozen. I have to pay for these and of course they cannot be returned. Full masks make me clausterphobic, nasal masks hurt and mark my nose really badly (have broken nose in 3 places) and the nasal prongs I am using are starting to make my front teeth hurt (Resmed Swife Mirage 11) as it lays on my gums and I have bone loss to start with. My mouth dries out horribly due to meds and even tho I use MoisTure every night it doesn't help. My dentist informed me that the constant drying out of my gums and prong resting on them will cause damage to my teeth eventually. I tried the Nasalaire 11 Recently but it wings out and therefore won't seal. I never have a decent sleep, am always fiddling with the mask and believe that one nostril is larger than the other due to accidents as it seems that the left side leaks more than the right.I have tried the Sm, and Medium, same result. The noise of the leakage keeps me awake even tho the machine is quite quiet, latest Resmed model. I have very fine features and am told that this contributes to my problem. They can make custom pieces for hearing aids so I don't know why they can't custom make nasal prongs. I have been struggling with this since March and the quality of my life has deteriorated. I slept better and felt better without it but can't afford to risk not using it as I stop breathing about 150 times an hour according to my sleep test. Sorry about length of this but I frankly am at the end of my rope as the OSA is only one of 6 sleep disorders that I have been diagnosed with. I refuse to give up but need some help with info from people who are experiencing same problems. Thank you.
