Good morning! I have been on CPAP for almost 6 years now, and have had great success with it. However, I've always hated the tube and the mask. Adjusted I have, but I'm still now liking it. I recently got an oral device to move my jaw forward to open up the airway. It fits and feels great! When I lay down, I can tell a major difference in my airway. However, I seem to have difficulty breathing. It is almost labored breathing, which I have never experienced. Have I been on CPAP so long that my body doesn't know how to breathe on its own when sleeping? I am a very large man, and my chest is lrge, but should that make it hard to breathe? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Chris.
