Sandman, that's is very good to know. I wasn't really feeling the effects of my Reras and
hypops, but I am really feeling the effects of getting used to CPAP. i'm really tired most of the
time -- quite the opposite of what's supposed to happen. Apparently as I adjust I'll be able
to fall asleep better. Looking forward to that!

I'm categorized in the mild to moderate land. The Sa02 (ops i'ts called Sp02 on my study)of
92 was the lowest. It is hard to comply, since I felt OK before and not now, but if hypopneas
and Reras are bad too, then I will keep on trying because of the hidden dangers of what can
happen inside the body.
