If you had no trouble for 5 years and now you find air rushing out your mouth something has changed. There are several possibilities. A decrease/increase in pressure and allergies are at the top of my list.
If it has been 5 years since your last titration I would recommend a titration study. Call your sleep doctor and let him know what is going on and see what he suggest. He has you medical and physical history, which may give some clues that could avoid a full overnight lab study.
