Sorry, I forgot to report that my trip was concluded. It was an excellent vacation. There were no issues with the electricity, except that one place did not have grounded sockets. My old CPAP had a grounded plug and the manufacturer said it was unsafe not to have the unit grounded. Fortunately, the new one only has two prongs on the plug. In one place I did need to use two extension cords to reach the bed (I always pack three).
