Sure sounds like sleep apnea. As D.H. said, you don't have to be overweight. Many people have posted on this forum saying they were thin, yet turned out to have sleep apnea. The stuffy nose sounds like you might have allergies, which, if untreated, will also cause constant fatigue. Have you ever been tested? Dealing with the stuffiness will make it easier to use CPAP in the event you do have sleep apnea. For starters, at least until you get tested, try flushing your nostrils every night at bedtime with a saline spray -- NOT Afrin or anything like that. And if they test you with CPAP during your sleep study, insist on them using a heated humidifier.

Enlarged turbinates (spongy tissue in the nose) can also cause stuffy feelings. Those can be reduced surgically. An ENT can make that diagnosis.
