No I'm not. I also take xanax just fine and it's helping me sleep half the night and not making the apnea worse. But I'm still exhausted. My dr. prescribed the xanax and she knows I have apnea. The cpap and bipap made the apnea worse, so I went off it. I go for another sleep study in a few weeks.
