I say it can cause explosive behavior...thing is , he should check it regardless. I actually have sat at redlights honking at them until they turn green....of course alot of my rage there is rightous indignation, as the South does not synchronize them. Constant tiredness can also trigger strange libidinous episodes. Nothins right when you's always tired!
