You shouldn't be fooling around with the 'advertised on tv' stuff, not because the theory is incorrect or the price isn't attractive, but because a truly working dental appliance for snoring/apnea is difficult to make, requires skills to adjust, and may not be suited for some people altogether. Instead go to a qualified dentist who makes these devices and get the real scoop. You will evaluated by a professional to determine how much jaw movement you naturally have and what your other limiting factors may be.
