Post Surgery - Cant Sleep

Its been about 3 weeks since my UPPP surgery. I have been sleeping (or trying to sleep) propped up on the couch since then. It doesnt really work. The CPAP isnt working either (I wake up with my heart racing and drool all over me). I get about 3 hours of bad sleep a night.

* Has anyone experienced this?
* Should I increase or decrease the CPAP pressure?
* Is the drool a common reaction to the surgery?
