I am a 21 year old male, i have moderate sleep apnea and i have a lot of trouble sleeping with the CPAP machine. My body constantly aches and ever y6 weeks or so i get a temperate and they worse. Randomly throughout the day the muscle aches get worse but tend to get better with time. After playing sports im extremely fatigued and my muscles shake, very weak in the arms and legs. I am usually very fatigued but i cant fall asleep or nap and such. Would getting my tonsils and amnoids etc.. taken out be a better option for me than trying to a djust to the CPAP? And also, can sleep apnea actually be the cause of all of these aches going through my body?
