That's a really big "if." I did not have problems with tonsils/adenoids, so I cannot answer from experience. From reading these boards, I get the impression the surgical outcome cannot really be known until after the surgery and can actually make things worse in some circumstances.

It sounds like either CPAP does not work for you or you are working really hard to find a way to avoid CPAP.
