I forgot to also mention that I have bad sinus congestion and I've been breathing out of my mouth. When I breathe out of my nose, the fast heart beat/low oxygen incidences seem to happen more frequently. My ENT said I have enlarged adenoids and I'm going to have surgery on that sometime in the future. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
