Pretty bad. One nostril is always shut and the other one I can barely breathe from. My doctor suggested an adenoidectomy a few months back but I decided not to do it. Now I'm definitely considering it. I also have a deviated septum so I think I'll have that fixed as well. I'll also ask about having a turbinate reduction.
