If you're not using a heated humidifier with your CPAP, you definitely should give it a try. Even with allergy treatment, I had difficulty breathing through my nose. After I went on CPAP with the heated humidity, I've quit mouth breathing 99.44% of the time, even during the daytime. It was an amazing thing.
