Deviated Septum

My CPAP was helping me a bit throughout the short time i was using it then the hose broke, ive been sleeping without the CPAP for around a week now and for some reason my nose and ears always feel clogged but nothings there, my ENt told me i ave a deviated septum (severely deviated) is this what possibly is causing this? and also how do i get rid of it?
