Having lost 7 stone in weight over the past year am having some tests tomorrow to see if my sleep apnoea has gone.
Am a little scared about what the outcome will be.
Have come off of blood pressure pills in November as hypertension is cured, depression gone and off pills. Last thing to get rid of is the Sleep Apnoea.
My CPAP has become my bed companion, and have got used to the White Noise from the machine.
Well now to my question!!
How many days after you stop using a CPAP machine will you notice if you are having sleep disturbance through apnoea. I had to stop the CPAP four days ago and am waiting for the tiredness etc to strike.
