Sores from Nasal Pillows?

I have been having a sore on my right side of my nose and been trying to
clear it up with antibody's, with not much help.
I have been using a new unscented soap to clean the pillows and wondering if that could be the problem. I'm not using the soap any more
and just cleaning them every day with vinegar and water.
Any body have this problem?
