Of course, don't stop CPAP on account of this problem. Take the max dose of pseudoephed (Over the Counter) for a few weeks and see if that helps. In addition, schedule a follow up sleep study to see if your pressure needs have changed. A CPAP machine that has exhale relief may also help.
