There was something I omitted to add, pillows are more important that I ever thought possible. I finally found this pillow that confirms to my face and doesn't seem to displace the mask. It is not specifically a Sleep Apnea Accessory but I believe you can buy them especially for Apnea sufferers. I came across mine accidentally and I take it wherever I go. Hope this helps.
