You should have no problems here, as I live 40 miles out of london and have travelled all over the world with my Res Med cpap.
You will need to buy a three pin adapter, as our plugs are three pronged not two like un usa.
I travel with a adapter lead as well just in case hotel bed is a little bit away from plug socket. Some hotels have adaptors etc for you to borrow, but I wouldnt rely on that.
Any good travel goods seller in usa, should be able to tell you what adaptors etc to buy. Might be a good idea to buy a couple while you are at it.
I made a tag to attach to my cpap carry bag with a large red cross on it saying it contained Medical Equipment and it is ALWAYS advisalble to take it on as hand luggage.
