I don't think he's asking about redesigning equipment; he's asking "what sufferer’s feelings are towards wearing CPAP masks, their comfort and the feelings it evokes, and what the attitudes towards the pump equipment."

And I'll post my feelings later when I have more time. However, you bring up a good point. If he wants to know about redesign suggestions, reading the wish list would be an excellent place to start.
