I wonder what company you're talking about. I've started ordering masks without paying the extra cost to include the nasal pillows, since the pillows really never seem to wear out. The masks wear out, but the pillows seem eternal. I've been using my current pillows for a couple of years. Do other people also find there's really hardly ever a physical reason to change pillows? Do you still have the old pillows?
