Nasal Pillow Headgear

I have never got used to a regular CPAP mask. I have been using the Breeze nasal pillow system for years, however, and it works fairly well for me. I use the large dilator pillows, which stay in my nose better than the other kind.

The only problem I have with the Breeze, however, is that it is not very sturdy. I have had to replace it, or parts of it (most often the "plenum shell") fairly frequently, when they break. Now that part broke again, and I am without headgear, until I order and receive a new part.

Looking at CPAP online retailers, I see that there are now other nasal pillow headgear systems available. For example-the ResMed Mirage Swift, the Respironics Optilife, the Fisher and Paykel Opus, Respironics ComfortLite.Aeiomed headrest, Teleflex Bravo, and others.

Has anyone here tried any of these other nasal pillow headgear systems? How do they compare with the Breeze, in comfort, ease of taking on and off,and sturdiness, etc.?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.
