Steven, I've been using the Respironics Optilife for about two years now. It is very lightweight and stable. The headgear includes a small "chin strap" to stabilize the pillows manifold. The chin strap is not intended to aid in keeping the mouth closed during sleep. I've tried the ResMed Mirage Swift, but I can't manage the hose routing with my normal bed side arrangement. It would equally good as the Optilife if you had a suspension device over the head of your bed. I broke two Breeze manifolds befor I switched to the Activa mask by ResMed, and then to the Optilife. Good luck with whatever your choice.
