This may give you information on the pressure required to stop snoring and the pressure required to stop apneas. They may be different. If you don't have a copy, call the lab and ask.
2. Do a search on these forums for snoring; there have been thousands of postings over the years and you may find helpful information.
3. There is an organization named A.W.A.K.E. and there may be a chapter in your area. It's for people with sleep apnea. http://www.sleepapnea.org/awake/groups.html
4. I think this is another example of the argument in favor of everyone with sleep apnea being provided with an autopap with the software so each patient can monitor their own nightly stats. If the auto-adjusting feature is not desirable, it can be set in a straight CPAP mode and you will still get a nightly readout of the number of apneas and hypopneas during the night. That alone would answer your questions about whether your apneas are being adequately controlled, whether or not you snore.
Good luck to everyone.
