Well, you may need to make a few adjustments, but there's no reason you can't continue to enjoy all those youthful things while using a CPAP machine. Maybe some of our younger folks will chime in here. You'll probably find you enjoy life even more once you start sleeping well and stop depriving your body of oxygen all night long. Not all CPAP users are older folks like me.
