in my short experience I agree with what you say -- my machine was set for 5-20 and my logging data showed me all over the board, and I never really got near my prescribed 14 cmH2O -- so I figured out how to reset the range: set it at 9.5 - 17 for one night, then figured out how to set at fixed pressure, which I've now set at 14 cmH2O. I'm expecting better results. Now I'm interested in the "LEAK" data - seems my mask (nasal pillow) is designed with a constant "leak" and my latest run shows "avg leak" = 48.5L/min, but "mask leak time" = 0% -- can anyone explain?
