question about vpap auto

been using a vpap auto machine with humidifier about 8 months now changed my life got to a point where my wife wouldnt get in the car with me because i would fall asleep my numbers are 8-12 only problem is i get a pain under my left brestbone that travels to my diaphram like a pinging sensation that lasts maybe a second or two also getting alot of bloating an gas had a stress test done 3 months ago when this started everything came back good any input would be helpfull thanks snoozer
