I think the only option you have is for surgery. My advice: 1) avoid soft tissue surgeries if possible. 2) Get MMA jawbone surgery (has 90% success rate. In some people offers a cure, in many, results similar to CPAP. In most people, MMA offers an improvement. 3) Go to a well qualified sleep centre. Ideally, you should go to Palo Alto California to Stanford Univ or see someone like Dr. Li, Powell or Riley. At least get thenm to look at you. Cost for consult is about 1300 bucks, but best to know that you are on the right path and getting the right procedure. Surgery of the airway involves getting the right procedure for the right person. And milimeters matter, because we are dealing with the airway. Big thing is that, with this kind of surgery remember: "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".
