I might try CPAP via the mouth one day just to see what it is like. I wonder if the mouthpiece advances the lower jaw. If so, I think one would get the benefits of the oral appliance plus the established gold standard of CPAP rolled into one. I wonder if I am right about that speculation.

As for me, I continue to get good results with nCPAP. I am sleeping well. I know well that some people cannot tolerate the nasal CPAP. I think I am lucky in that I can tolerate it.
