Maybe not an apnea patient, but hoping someone can relate.

Been diagnosed with idiopathic insomnia since 2003 and am starting to see complications beyond fatigue for the first time (officially) this year. Was diagnosed with mild hyptension (145+ systolic) this year and had my first cases of continuous angina.

It's not too big a deal and I've managed to cope with diet and exercise, but I've had to go on Atenolol 25mg to stop the angina. I'm only 26 but am not looking forward to a future that bring about too much more of this + my fatigue.

Anyone else going through this? What have you done?
