In March and April I used my CPAP on flights from New York to Hong Kong and from Hong Kong to Los Angeles on Cathay Pacific. I was in business class and they have flat beds. When I reserved seats I asked to use my CPAP during the 14+ hour flights. Cathay Pacific took the information about the make and model of my CPAP and called me back weeks later with the approval. When I boarded they had information that I will be using my CPAP. The power outlets were friendly to US plugs although I carry plug adapters. I slept about 7 hours from New York and about 5 hours to Los Angeles. Although flat, the beds were narrow and with a huge seat belt and a thick quilt it was a tight fit.
