One thing you may want to try is mole skin. Apply it to the mask, not your skin, where you have the itching. One company makes it for CPAP masks, it is a little thinner. Been a long time and I don't remember who makes it. Regular mole skin may work. It can also be used to help in spots where there may be a leak.
