Has anyone ever tried playing the didge as a therapy to strengthen your upper airway? Mine used to collapse constantly especially as I would fall asleep, which was a great contributor to my insomnia and anxiety. Also, I can't stand the mask. It itches, is irritating, and it's incredibly hard to fall asleep with something that feels like a lunchbox on my face.

I know there's no cure for OSA, and xpap is the gold standard out there, but I seem to have improved for now since I've been practicing an hour a day. I'm seeing some relief from this tormenting condition. I'm not saying it's a substitute for cpap, but it could be an adjunct therapy. It's also very relaxing to play and not too hard to learn. I think I paid $40 for mine online and it's made of pvc. The authentic ones are very expensive, but mine's still really nice and thank God I'm finding something that's giving me some peace from this condition. I just thought I'd pass this information along to those who might be interested in giving it a shot.
