Thank you for confirming to close the ports. I will print out and give to the homecare services that I have used- that keep telling me to not put the caps on at all or won't get rid of CO2. Feel sorry for all of the people that use this mask (like me!)and are leaking air- not getting proper therapy..Thanks much.
