Don't figure on the recliner being a cure. If that worked they wouldn't build houses with bedrooms. What can help a bit is to elevate the head of the bed by 4 or 5 inches, but this generally only helps sleeping problems due to gastro reflux. What might help best is to look at what you eat and when you're eating it. Eating too close to bedtime can be a problem. Do you have a PAP that stores data? Are you following up with the Dr. or your service provider? If the PAP has data, does your data show that you're still having apneas? Full faced masks never seem to provide results that are superior to nasal masks.
