Is Anyone HAPPY With CPAP?

I am new and heading toward CPAP (documented severe OSA and just had titration sleep study). Everything I read is how difficult it is to get used to the masks, how everyone sleeps poorly due to having to adjust the mask, etc. It's very discouraging.

I was looking forward to trying CPAP. I thought it would make a positive difference in my life. If it's only going to disrupt my sleep (which is already poor), I can't see the point.

Is anyone actually happy with CPAP?
