As I said in my other post, get used to it during the day. I was on CPAP for a while but stopped it when it was making things worse. I had a terrible sleep clinic, doctors and technicians who didn't care and no one to explain things to me.

I ended up buying my own machine so I felt more in control. No one could tell me what kind of humidifier to use or any other crap. It was MINE.

I also read through the instructions more thoroughly, that's where I saw you should use it in the day time. It made a world of difference in how well I could tolerate it.

Now, I will have issues like water from the humidifier condenses in the outlet port and squeals. Most are annoying but not show-stoppers.

Today I know it's helping me sleep. It's not the miracle some said it would be, I didn't suddenly have lots more energy, but that has more to do with my lifestyle than anything else.
