I can't thank you enough for all of that information. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain it all to me.

I hope you have time for a couple more questions -
1) Do you think he is recommending the auto-adjust because my AHIs were close to zero while sleeping on my side (with a pressure of 13), but weren't eliminated while supine?
2) To clarify - you're thinking that in an ideal world, I should be sent for another sleep study for titration to a set pressure on a bi-level machine? Is that right?

Disclaimer - I understand that you probably aren't a doctor, but I do value your opinion! You seem quite knowledgable.
